Daring Bakers January
It is Lemon Meringue Pie, hosted by Jen at the Canadian Baker. I have never made a meringue,
cornstarch pie, or even a pie crust from scratch before so this was all new to me. The crust came out really good, the filling leaked a little, but tasted great and the
